Chocolate Chili Dry Rub


Ingredients (all “parts”):
2 Brown Sugar
3 Chili Powder
2 Chicory (not chicory coffee, just chicory)
1 Coffee
2 Cocoa Powder (not chocolate milk mix, actual cocoa)

Tools:
Jar or ziplock. Save the extra for later kids, don’t just toss it out when you’re done.

Instructions:
Shake it up, make sure it isn’t clumping. Break it up if you have to, then shake it some more.
Slap it on your meat.
Rub it on your meat.
Let it sit for about 15 minutes (not in the fridge)
Cook it.
Eat it.
Enjoy life.
