awesome pasta sauce

What you need:
10-12 roma (or other) tomatoes
several leaves of basil
a sprig of thyme
a sprig of oregano
a sprig of rosemary
balsalmic vinegar
olive oil
brown sugar

Tools:
an oven
a blender
a cookie sheet with sides

What you do:
chop/dice the herbs

slice the tomatoes, with the skin on, put them in the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and a little of the balsalmic, sprinkle some brown sugar over them, add the diced herbs, put in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes

take it out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes and then throw it in a blender and it’s the awesomest sauce ever. oh yeah, while you’re doing all that, you may want to time how long you’re cooking whatever pasta you’re using.
