Bacon Ranch Mac’ n’ Cheese

The What:
Cup of Macaroni (I use Pasta Joy Gluten Free Shells)
Cup of Shredded Cheese (I use a Mexican Blend)
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 Cup Chopped or Shredded Bacon
1/4 Cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatos
Chopped Chives

The How:
Prepare macaroni per instructions on package
Drain it
Immediately put back in pot
Add cheese & ranch
Stir (If cheese doesn’t melt, flick the flame on low BRIEFLY)
Add the rest of the stuff
Stir it
Dish it
Eat it
