Have Wormhole, Will Travel
When I say that this is pulp I don’t mean that in a derogatory way at all. This was a nice light and fun SciFi read. Luck much of the pulp of the 40s and 50s it goes out on a lot of limbs and produces space magic from some of the big science theories of today. There is a lot of nerd pandering with references to various pop culture. I enjoy pulp from the 40s and 50s because of a lot of these dated references and quaintly ambitious extrapolations of cutting edge science. While a few decades from now some may look back at this as silly and antiquated, there will hopefully be plenty of people that pick it up for a peek into the window of today, and a snapshot of the hopes and dreams and lives of the people of 2013.
I recommend this to anyone looking for a SciFi beach read with some light adventure and suspense.
