The Muppet family earned a number of seats with Emmet Otter’s Jugband Christmas, A Muppet Family Christmas and Sesame Street Christmas. Classics included March of the Wooden Soldiers, It’s a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th St, and modern classic Christmas Vacation.
Emily offered “Home Alone.” I take this opportunity to share that with you.

Notable among the films that have little to nothing to do with the holiday season are Jurassic Park, Die Hard and Porco Rosso.
Among my dear contributors, Sam spends his New Year subjecting himself to the Twilight Zone Marathon. Mike offers his top watches as Elf, Bad Santa, Olive the Other Reindeer, A Very Brady Christmas, The Ref, Tokyo Godfathers, Macross ep 35.
